Windows 11 - Out of Box Experience¶

There are two methods of bypassing the traditional Out of Box Experience

1. BypassNRO (deprecated)
2. Exit setup routine and create a local user account

SHIFT + F12 Change to C:\Windows\System32\oobe Execute BypassNRO.cmd

SHIFT + F12 Enter the following from within a command-prompt:

start ms-cxh:localonly
